Cole and Vanessa met at a university library in 2005. Vanessa had just returned from studying abroad in China, and Cole recently returned from living in Japan. Their first time traveling together was a road trip to Jackson Hole, WY for New Year’s Eve and they have been documenting their travels ever since. Cole and Vanessa were married in 2007, and have since lived in Utah, Japan, Washington DC, and currently reside in the Midwest with their three young children and a Springer Spaniel named ‘Blue’.
