The Minnesota State Fair, also known as “The Great Minnesota Get-Together”, is held over the 12 days leading up to and through Labor Day each year. It is the largest state fair by average daily attendance, and is second in total attendance only to the Texas State Fair which usually runs twice as long. Over a million visitors each year come to enjoy 20,000 animals, 900 shows, 500 foods, 30 carnival rides and more! *Purchase tickets online or at the gate. Pre-fair discounts available online prior to opening day. Children ages 4 and under are always FREE!

*Weather permitting, fireworks follow each evening’s Grandstand show and usually start around 10pm.
