Our last day camping we decided to hike to the summit of Eagle Mountain, the highest point in Minnesota. It is located in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and is only about 15 miles from Minnesota’s lowest elevation, Lake Superior. That morning Cole made a delicious pancake breakfast at the campsite, then we were on our way!
