We enjoyed a beautiful evening in Minneapolis with dinner at Manny’s (their lobster cakes were to die for!) and a trip to the top of the historic Foshay Tower. There is a museum at the top and observation deck with amazing views of the city!
The Foshay Tower is a 1929 Art Deco landmark. It stands 447 ft tall, was modeled after the Washington Monument, and was once the tallest building in the Midwest. We enjoyed the views from the 30th-floor observation deck.
Summertime in downtown Minneapolis. I love this beautiful city skyline!
We walked across Stone Arch Bridge to get a view of Minneapolis and the Mississippi River at sunset:
On our way home we stopped by U.S. Bank Stadium, home of the Minnesota Vikings. It was so beautiful this evening reflecting the city skyline!
