Summertime in Chicago wouldn’t be complete without going to see a game at Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs! Built in 1914, Wrigley Field is known as the “friendly confines” of Chicago’s lovable losers and remains one of baseball’s most old-fashioned parks. Ivy still covers the brick walls in the outfield, the scoreboard is still manually operated, and fans sit atop buildings behind Wrigley Field to watch the game. We had a great time taking the boys to see the Cubs play!
