October 1 was China’s National Day and during the first week of October the entire country is on holiday from work and school. Trying to maneuver about with 1.6 billion others can be exhausting, but with good weather and friends it has been absolutely fabulous! I kicked off the holiday with a beautiful morning and bike ride at Tsinghua University:
