Our first day in St. George was gorgeous! The skies were blue, the sun was hot, and colorful flowers were beginning to bloom! After a morning walk by the river gardens with Cole’s grandparents, we had lunch at Rococo’s. The restaurant sits on top one of the red rock cliffs right next to the St. George airport. It offers a panoramic view of the city while you dine on home-cooked meals and watch the little airplanes fly by.
Next, tour guide Cole showed me around Zion National Park (he really is a tour guide here). He knew all the best places to go and taught me important facts on the Park’s rock formations and stealing all the best parking spots. I could not stop snapping photos of all the beautiful surroundings. Our afternoon included a drive around the loop, a hike to the Narrows, then a stop at Weeping Rock.
