A blissful morning at Litchfield Beach in South Carolina! We loved letting the kids run free, playing in the sand, and splashing in the waves from sun up to sun down. The boys loved visiting the local beach shop and playing with all the toys while we picked up beach toys, supplies, shovels, and splashers. While we were on the beach, no joke, the local college had a course in sand sculpting and the students were creating masterpieces on the beach. It was so fun to watch! The boys were inspired to make their own sand sculpture, a beach volcano. Then they were sweetly surprised by a darling elderly couple who got them baking soda and vinegar from the Dollar General so they could watch their big beach volcano erupt! Talk about southern hospitality! We also collected seashells, and for dinner we stopped at Moe’s Famous Barbecue. Oh it was soooo good! Delicious southern BBQ!
