Driving a minivan in NYC! Two things I never thought I would ever do! Driving a minivan, and driving in NYC! But it was definitely a great way to carpool with babies and save on tolls and parking fees! We spent a day in the city with the kids and we weren’t sure how long we’d last but the kids all did really well so we ended up staying ALL day! We started the day with a Target run in Connecticut then taking the kids to Central Park Zoo.

The Tisch Children’s Zoo is a great place for kids to run, jump, crawl, and feed little animals. The kids loved feeding the sheep, watching the playful seals, and running through the garden.
Then we walked over to the Plaza Food Hall for Luke’s Lobster Rolls, followed by grabbing a snack at Levain Bakery! By the time we walked by the Met Museum on the Upper East Side the kids had all fallen asleep! A sign of a great day out!
