We were invited to go fishing on the Chesapeake Bay the morning after Thanksgiving. It was such an incredible experience! We woke up at 4:45 AM and arrived at Chesapeake Beach, Maryland to greet the boat captain at 7:00 AM. The fish we caught were striped bass or “rockfish” if you are a local. Back at home we cooked up the fish for dinner and it was delicious! We had such a fun time fishing on the Chesapeake Bay! We are so grateful we were invited to come along on this Thanksgiving tradition! It was such a fun, peaceful, beautiful morning on the bay!
