Fenway Park: Home of the Boston Red Sox

On Saturday Cole and I were lucky enough to see the Red Sox play at Fenway Park! This city is full of historical sights, friendly people, delicious food, and pure love for baseball! Everyone here is a Red Sox fan and displays it proudly on hats, shirts, sweatshirts, and everything else possible. We caught a fantastic game at America’s Most Beloved Ballpark and the Red Sox killed the Oakland A’s 12 -2. Go Red Sox!

Fenway Park first opened in 1912, the same year the Republic of China was established and the Titanic sank. It is currently the oldest MLB ballpark in the country. Our visit to Fenway park was truly fascinating.

Dinner before the game – a big slice of pizza on Yawkey Way:

My favorite player – Go Jacoby!

Daisuke signing autographs before the game:

Soft serve ice cream in a helmet:

Jacoby Ellsbury doing what he does best!

We sat in the outfield next to the famous Green Monster:

The crowd goes wild after Jason Bay, the newest addition to the Red Sox, hits a home run!

A beautiful night at Fenway:

The fans were amazing!

Papi Powah!

What an amazing night! If you’re ever in Boston, do not pass up the opportunity to see a Red Sox game at Fenway.
