On our drive home from the North Shore we stopped along Highway 61 for a quick visit to Gooseberry Falls State Park. Gooseberry Falls is one of the most popular state parks in Minnesota. We loved the quick and easy hike to the waterfalls – perfect for a fun and scenic stop to break up the long drive home. We also stopped for caramel apple pie served warm with a scoop of ice cream!
