Kew Gardens & Phantom of the Opera

The next day, May 26, we walked to Whole Foods for the salad bar then Pret A Manger for tomato soup, bread, and a yogurt pot. Yum! We tubed to Leicester Square to buy discount tickets for The Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty’s Theatre. It was another sunny beautiful day so we tubed all the way to Kew Gardens and walked through greenhouses, a treetop walkway high above the ground, and enjoyed the expansive gardens, sunshine and warm weather. Later that afternoon, we tubed to Piccadilly Circus where we had and Italian dinner which was delicious! We had to rush through dinner in order to walk over and make it to The Phantom on time. It was an amazing show! Cole needed ice cream at intermission which they sold from the aisles then he rented some binocs. We loved the show!
