Our trip to Mesa, Arizona was absolutely perfect. We stepped off the airplane to warm sunshine and palm trees…what more could you want? We enjoyed exploring the Mesa Arts Center and loved all the antique stores, music shops, art galleries, bakeries and little boutiques on Main Street. We also loved that this city had modern art displayed on every street corner! As we walked down the street we would come across these very cool bronze statues. We started off the day by grabbing lunch at Cole’s favorite burger joint, In-N-Out. After filling up on a double-double and fries, we walked around Mesa and checked out Milano’s Music store on Main Street to look at all the guitars! Before the Brian Setzer Orchestra concert, we admired Brian’s guitars which were on display at the Mesa Arts Center. Then Cole was shocked when he was given the chance to play them! The concert was AMAZING and the sold out crowd loved it! There’s no way my words could do it justice, so you’ll just have to see the Brian Setzer Orchestra next time they’re in town! They were SO good! The best concert I have ever seen! On Friday nights, sweet hot rods drag Main Street. On our way home from the concert we saw all sorts of cool classic cars on the road! I’m so thankful for the unforgettable time Cole and I were able to spend in Mesa, Arizona! I miss it already!
