The Christmas lights are up at Temple Square! Bundle up, put on your mittens, bring some hot cocoa, and grab ahold of someone you love! What a beautiful sight! We found lots and lots of Christmas trees at the Conference Center. I cannot wait for the First Presidency’s Christmas Devotional that will take place here next Sunday! It is amazing to hear the Tabernacle Choir sing lovely Christmas hymns and listen to the Prophets and Apostles share their Christmas message.

People from all over the world come to admire the lights like the ones surrounding the historic Assembly Hall. Among the crowds of people, we heard many different languages spoken including Japanese and Chinese!

We had a great time tonight walking through Temple Square and enjoying all the colorful lights, Christmas decorations, nativity scenes, and listening to the choir. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend taking some time to walk through this winter wonderland to feel the Christmas spirit.
