Next, we hopped on a train to Versailles. This place was AMAZING! Another huge recommendation on my list.

The Hall of Mirrors:
The Queen’s bedroom. It looks the same as it did when Marie Antionette left Versailles during the French Revolution. She escaped the mob by going through a hidden door located at the side of her bed. It was unreal to stand in that room and to think several French kings were born right here!
We strolled around the ornate gardens decorated with luxurious fountains like the Bassin de Latone. We remained in the gardens well into the evening.
