A great day out with Sandro Botticelli and other masterworks from the Uffizi at the Minneapolis Institute of Art! We also enjoyed ramen from Icchido and Vietnamese dessert drinks from Bambu, both down the street from the MIA in Minnapolis.

*Open 10 am – 5 pm Tuesday through Sunday. Closed Mondays. Extended hours until 9 pm Thursdays.

Lunch at Ichiddo Ramen, a Minnesota based fast casual Japanese restaurant with delicious ramen.

Treating ourselves to Vietnamese chè from Bambu Drinks in Minneapolis. I love their Bambu Favorite drink with coconut milk, glass jelly, pandan jelly, and red tapioca with water chestnuts. Yum!
