We loved Door County so much last year, we decided to come back. Our heaven on earth! Here are some pics from our camping trip to Peninsula State Park in Door County, Wisconsin over Labor Day Weekend. Highlights included Nicolet Bay Beach near our campsite, white sandy beaches at Whitefish Dunes State Park on Labor Day, brunch at Al Johnson’s for our favorite Swedish pancakes and pyttipanna, Sister Bay Beach, Door County Maritime Museum, driving onto a ferry to cross Death’s Door to Washington Island, taking a smaller boat to Rock Island where the boys played chase before our hike to the lighthouse, and Schoolhouse Beach.
