For Labor Day weekend, we packed up and drove to one of my most favorite places on Earth. I love Door County! On Thursday we drove to Peninsula State Park on the shores of Lake Michigan and listened to the Jungle Book the entire way – no electronic devices needed! We arrived at sunset and it was beautiful! After setting up camp, we enjoyed a late dinner at the Wild Tomato for pizza and good music then it was off to bed.
On the way we picked up some Happy Meals which came with an awesome new Batman periscope and Superman binoculars. The boys loved them and kept busy!
