In the morning we walk from our flat to Victoria Park where the kids play at the huge playground. We also walk by the Royal Crescent on our way to one of our favorite places to eat, Cafe Lucca. We ate here years ago and loved it! We sit down, order, and the food is just as delicious as we remembered! They have a fabulous mozzarella sun dried tomato pesto panini and baked goods and cakes that look amazing. The kids love the cinnamon roll, lemon drizzle, and carrot cake, yum! Cole says he could eat here every day. We walk home, rest, enjoy some downtime, then make a trip to Sainsbury right around the corner from our flat – it is so convenient! We buy groceries and necessities then walk home to unload them and pack a picnic dinner for the boys. We walk from our flat along the River Avon to Bath’s iconic Pulteney Bridge. It’s so beautiful! The kids play on the stone labyrinth in a courtyard then sit on the short wall and eat their PB and Nutella sandwiches, apples, chips, and granola bars for dinner. We walk up the stairs to see Pulteney Bridge and the beautiful views. We head over to Bath Abbey and notice the gorgeous moon in the sky! It is such a beautiful, peaceful evening.
