In January teams from all over the world travel to Stillwater, Minnesota to compete in the World Snow Sculpting Championship for awards and prize money. Spectators are welcome to watch the progress on the snow sculptures in Lowell Park and visit with the teams. In addition to a judged event and ceremonies, the week long celebration also includes social events and activities fun for the whole family.
Things to Know: World Snow Sculpting Championship
*All activities and events in Lowell park are FREE to the public.
*Fees apply in the beer tent, concessions, snow store and special events.
*Sculpting teams will be carving around the clock throughout the event.
*Sculpting hours vary and schedules are subject to change as the event is weather dependent.
