We spent the day exploring San Miguel’s many churches, shops, and neighborhoods. I love how everyone in town gathers at the various parks and plazas in front of the churches to play, visit with family and friends, and enjoy the nice weather.

The dish represents the three colors of the Mexican flag: green for the chili, white for the nut sauce, and red for the pomegranate
